These Terms of Service govern your use of Goggy, a service operated by Kompot Studios EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. By accessing or using Goggy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Goggy is an AI-powered conversational tool that helps you understand your sports and health data through natural language chat, primarily via WhatsApp, together with a web dashboard. The service may use data from supported connected platforms. The service is currently in early access / beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as described in these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Goggy. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

Goggy provides information based on your training data for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, training load, or nutrition — particularly if you have any existing medical condition or injury.
Goggy's functionality depends on data from and connectivity to third-party platforms and service providers, including WhatsApp, Terra, supported health and fitness data providers, and any data files you choose to upload. You acknowledge that:
Your use of Goggy and our handling of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, including its Cookies and Tracking Technologies section, which forms part of these Terms. Where applicable law requires consent for particular processing activities, those activities are subject to that consent.
Goggy is currently free to use in early access / beta. This means:
Nothing in this beta section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
All content, code, branding, and materials on the Goggy platform are the property of Kompot Studios EOOD or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Goggy does not currently offer subscriptions or charge users for the service. If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we will notify users before billing begins. You will not be charged unless you separately choose a paid plan and complete the applicable checkout process.
Before any purchase, we will clearly provide the price, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and the consumer-rights information required by applicable law. Your mandatory rights to withdraw, receive a remedy for a non-conforming digital service, or obtain a refund will not be limited by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@askgoggy.com. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first and, if that does not resolve the matter, through the competent courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Where applicable law requires additional notice, consent, or a right to terminate because of a change, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
